The Murph workout is a challenging workout designed to honor the life and service of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy. It consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run. It's a popular workout, especially on Memorial Day, as it serves as a way to remember and pay tribute to fallen military personnel.
